Phones are part of every modern fleet, but most inventory tools either ignore them or demand a full MDM program before you get a serial number. InventoryOS takes a different path: read-only mobile inventory that feeds the Agents table you already use.

Not MDM. InventoryOS Mobile does not wipe, lock, or push management profiles for remote control. It collects inventory so phones show up next to desktops.

Three ways to enroll

  • QR from Installers: Generate a Mobile inventory QR for the organization. Scan with the phone camera to enroll.
  • Web check-in: Open the mobile check-in page for opportunistic updates when the phone is in hand.
  • Companion apps: Android and iOS companions report device facts and app lists into Agents when configured for your environment.

Same Agents workflow

Enrolled phones appear in Agents with phone-specific detail pages. Desktop-only fields stay hidden so the UI stays clean. Search, filter, assign users, and include phones in the same operational views you already trust for PCs.

Billing and Assets

Enrolled mobile devices count toward your per-device plan like other Agents. Printers and network gear in Assets CMDB do not. Keep phones out of Assets; Mobile enrollment is the path for handsets.

Get started

  1. Open Installers and generate a Mobile inventory QR for a pilot org.
  2. Scan with a test phone and confirm it appears in Agents.
  3. Optionally install the companion when download links are available for your org.
  4. Read Products → Mobile and check pricing notes on Pricing.
