Run your MSP practice from one place

Service plans define what you sell. Price policies set what each client pays. Billing reconciliation closes the loop between your licensing and your books.

Service plans

Define Managed, Essential, or any custom plan with its software stack and per-device-type pricing. Assign a plan when you create an org. Service plans add choice columns (like Managed Plan) on Agents and Users tables so every device knows its tier.

Price policies

Create a price policy to override default MSP prices for a subset of clients. Assign a policy to a service plan or directly to an org. Per-client overrides on the Licenses page stay as a permanent exception regardless of plan.

Billing reconciliation

Export a QuickBooks-style reconciliation report. Match each InventoryOS org to a customer in your billing system, check device-count differences period by period, and confirm line items without switching between windows.

MSP team & cross-org access

Add technicians as MSP staff once. They inherit Admin or a custom role across every client org, including ones you create later. Custom roles copy to new orgs on staff sync.

New-org defaults

Set default software rules, custom Agents columns, and custom Users fields that apply automatically when you create a new client org. No more repeating setup from scratch.
